The building was built in 1935. Influenced by the 30s, we have transformed the Domo Central into a cool and modern coliving house.

Central at the "Central"
The building has 5 floors with 7-13 rooms each. A total of 4 communal kitchens are available to the community.
In addition to the kitchens, there are various seating areas and lounges where you can work or relax.
Special highlights in Domo Central are the garden seating area behind the building and the balcony on the 5th floor with a view over Zurich.
Your private suite
Domo Central offers different room sizes. Each room has its own bathroom, bed, closet and work desk. Some of the rooms also have their own balcony.
You have space to develop yourself within your own four walls. Here you create your own space to relax when you need time for yourself.

District 1 is the heart of the city of Zurich. As the name "Central" suggests, you couldn't live more centrally:
You live right next to the famous "Niederdörfli", Zurich's old town, and you are only a 5-minute walk from Zurich's main train station.
District 1 borders the lake basin, where residents spend beautiful summer days.
The hill Lindenhof offers a view of the Limmat, which also invites for walks.
Other highlights in the central district 1 are the city hall, the famous Bahnhofstrasse, the Grossmünster church, the opera house and the Swiss National Museum.
