We have converted the former Hotel X-TRA into the coolest coliving house in the city of Zurich. The two large, fully equipped communal kitchens are great places to spend time and cook together. We also built large lounges and coworking areas so you can work and relax from here throughout the day.
Generous private suites
There are different private suites for you.
The standard suite comes with its own bathroom, large bed, closet and its own work desk. If you have a smaller budget, there are also rooms with a shared bathroom.
In any case, you have enough space to feel comfortable within your own four walls. Here you create your own space to relax when you need time for yourself.

Kreis 5 or "Chreis foif", as we say in Swiss German, is one of the coolest places in town. During the day you can take a leisurely stroll along the Limmat, have a drink at one of the many bars or enjoy a picnic on the Jakobswiese.
In the evening, the district appears in a completely different light. Explore one of the many clubs, where you will meet exciting people and dance to the music of the world's best DJs.
It's practical that you have one of the best concert venues right in your own house. You will never get bored here, the days and nights are long and always very entertaining. Whatever happens you can always get to your sleeping place within a few minutes' walk.
