THE X-TRA SUITE

The spacious and comfortable X-TRA suites are equipped with a bed, desk, safe, mirror and closet.

In addition, all suites have a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The suites facing Limmatstrasse have a little more noise due to the proximity to the street and the X-TRA event venue. Rooms 218, 321 and 419 are smaller than the others.

These suites can only be occupied by one person and can be booked until December 2023.

THE XL-TRA SUITE

The XL-TRA suite is our premium suite. Here you have a large bathroom with a bathtub, lots of space and light.

The suites are also equipped with a new floor, bed, safe, mirror and closet.

In addition, all suites have a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washbasin, a large mirror and a hairdryer.

These suites can also be occupied by two people.
Here, too, the suites can only be occupied until December 2023.

THE XS-TRA SUITE

Our XS-TRA suites are intended for the somewhat smaller budget. The rooms are nicely and compactly furnished.

You will find a closet or garderobe, work table and your own sink with mirror. You share the spacious bathroom with two other residents of the house.

These rooms can also be occupied by one person until December 2023.

COURTYARD SUITE

Our Courtyard suites are slightly smaller and, as the name suggests, face the courtyard. The rooms are nicely and compactly furnished. Due to the events, it can get a bit noisy in these rooms.

You will find a closet, work desk and your own bathroom with shower and toilet.

These rooms can also be occupied until December 2023 at the latest.
